We can sometimes close in as little as ten days. If new financing is required, it can take a bit
longer. Even so, we are more prepared and can move more quickly; it would take much longer to wait for a
"regular" retail buyer to get approved for a loan and close the deal (what if their approval falls
through at the last minute?).
No Repairs
When we buy your home, we can do any repairs needed. Whether it's just new carpet and paint, or a
whole new kitchen, we can do it all. When you sell your property to us, there is no need to come
up with money for repairs, no worrying about whether the contractor will show up, and no
time out of your busy schedule before the sale.
No Showings
When you work with us, the sale of your home is stress free. You don't have to keep your home
spotless for showings at all hours of the day and night. No potential buyers who may or may not
show up. No nosy neighbors coming in to "preview" your home. No open houses where you have to
leave your house for hours at a time.

If we buy your house, we do
not charge any commission. However, it may work out where you decide to have us list your home on
the MLS and sell it for you, in which case a negotiable real estate commission will apply. The
