We are Barb and Steve, and we know exactly what it feels like to deal with mounting financial
pressures, from first-hand experience.
In fact, in 1985, I was in such a bad spot that I had to move back in with my parents so I could
start rebuilding my credit and get a new start.
In 1990 Steve bought a house on Contract for Deed. He ended up having to give it back to the
seller because money just got too tight. He couldn't afford to fix it up and sell it on the
open market so he could pay off the contract. It was the classic "Catch-22."
When we finally got together in 1991, we decided that we were going to dig ourselves out of the
hole we were in. We are living proof that by taking action, you can improve almost any
situation.
Today we own our own home, and we own Crossroads Real Estate Services. Our credit is greatly
improved. We know that you can do it, too. Let us take a calm, level look at your current
situation, and just see if we can't help you on your way to solid ground.
Best regards,
